McDonald's spent about $1.9 billion in 2007 to open about 800 new locations and reinvest in its existing restaurants.

One in three Africans are malnourished, and about half of it’s 950 million people live on less than $1 a day; most (80%) live on less than $2 a day.

I hate how companies like Mcdonalds can make citizens fat and unhealthy, but find no qualms about it and then don't donate to places/people that NEED nourishment!

And I hate how McDonald's advertises; They always make it seem like everyone in their commericals makes these healthy choices with salads and milk sippers and all this crap. In reality, when people go to Mcdonalds, they order a burger and fries.


Overall, I just hate McDonalds. End of rant.

It's not ONLY McDonald's. It's also what they stand for.
Don't forget that nobody forces people to eat there.
Profit comes from people. You should shout at them to wake up.

I know that people aren't forced to eat there. It's just really disturbing...the lack of interest people take in what they're putting in their own bodies! I don't eat at fast food chains when at all possible (I admit that I have fallen victim to Taco Bell when in a rush, but not McDonald's.) and I wish more people would do the same.
